Here's an idea for a fundraiser for you along the lines of the garage sale -- a craft sale/garage sale. We have done it at our school twice and raised a fair amount of money.

It's like a flea market, I guess. You sell spaces to "vendors" to sell either gently used items or craft/food items. We did it in the school parking lot and one vendor spot was two parking

You should make a quilt to raffle to raise money too! I made one a few years back at my office to help raise money for Juvenile Diabetes and we raised over $800. That would be a great way to raise some money for your little school. You are such an inspiration to me! Best of luck in 2010.

Sounds like you are still busy - I was thinking it was nice today to not have any Christmas stuff to get ready for - but we're leaving on our trip on Sunday - I have a LOT to do before then!
