Darlingest blog ever!!!!!!!! I am sending your blog over to a couple of friends. They let me find the great ones, and then they traipse on over. you can give it away as presents for teachers and neighbors for christmas or you can make apple turnovers with them as well! <br />also you can heat it up and eat it with vanilla ice cream and that is just as good as a pie!!!

My parents are in Utah and have 6 peach and 3 pear trees in their yard.. you remind me of my Mom a bit during this time of the year... she always says &quot;I&#39;m sooo sick of looking at peaches!&quot;. I finally finished the last of my canning last night. This year I&#39;ve canned 2 kinds of jam, peaches, pears, and TONS of applesauce. I&#39;m so glad it&#39;s done!!! I wish I had taken the time to make some pie filling like you did. It looks so yummy!
